General Registration Procedures

>> Online-Registered participants are kindly requested to proceed directly to the registration desks upon arrival at the conference venue. Ushers will be present to guide the participants for verification of their registration details and for the claiming of their identification badge and conference kit.
>> Registrants who already paid their registration fees are kindly requested to provide proof of payment (in the form of the deposit slip/bank transfer transaction receipt).
>> For Unpaid registrants, ushers will guide them to cashier tables to process payment, and for the claiming of their identification badge and conference kit.

Note: It is mandatory for all to wear identification badge during the conference hours and social events.

IMPORTANT: For participants who will be arriving on October 18th, we highly suggest to register and claim their identification badge and conference kit in advance during the afternoon of October 18, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mezzanine of Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria.

Payment Information and Instructions

Onsite Payment of Registration Fee: The registration fee can be paid on-site (at the venue). All participants are requested to proceed to the conference registration desk (Level 4, Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria). Invoices/receipts will be issued after payment of registration fee.

• By Cash:
  • PhP 5,500 for Local participants
  • USD 150 for Foreign Participants
• By Check: The check should be named under: Philippine Geosciences and Remote Sensing Society Inc.

Payment of Registration Fee by Credit Card: Unfortunately, the online facility for credit card payment of registration fee will not be available. Hence, all participants who wish to pay their registration fee through credit card are advised to pay instead through on-site payment or through bank transfer (see below for details).

Payment of Registration Fee through Bank Transfer

The registration fee can be paid through bank transfer/deposit to the
Philippine Geosciences and Remote Sensing Society Inc.’s bank account, with details below:

Important notes:
1. All bank transfer/deposit and other fees are to be paid by the participant.
2. Please submit through e-mail a scanned copy of the deposit or remittance slips/transaction receipts if payment is initiated. We are going to issue invoices during the conference.
3. Kindly bring the hardcopy of the deposit or remittance slips/transaction receipts at the conference registration desk.

Those who wish to pay by bank transfer, the payment should be made on or before October 1, 2015. This will ensure that all payments are successfully transferred to the PhilGRSS bank account.
